Shipping Policy

Order processing time 

All orders are processed and shipped within 7 days. I make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Please remember that my items are not made in a factory but each item is hand made to order. 

Shipping costs, method and delivery times 

All orders are shipped FREE using PRIORITY shipping. PRIORITY shipping is normally delivered in 1-3 business days. Elf on the Shelf Clothing will be shipped first class. (1-5 business days) 
After the order is shipped and received by USPS, you will be updated with a tracking number via email. 

Shipping address changes

Please be sure your address is correct when placing the order. Once your order is shipped, I can not update the shipping address.
